We have the following facilities to check the quality of rice

The paddy purchased is properly dried, transported, and stocked in the paddy warehouses and goes through stringent guidelines of process control, and is meticulously checked at every stage to ensure uniformity of grain without destroying the basic quality of grain. The state-of-the-art modern computerized plant installed at Aim Big Exports manufacturing division by internationally acclaimed Bühler and Satake has an automatically controlled inflow and outflow system.
The company pays careful attention to ensure that each grain is perfect and each process is carried out under competent and trained manpower. No effort is spared to ensure that the rice that leaves the company premises is of best quality and fully protected against possible hazards during its journey before it reaches the buyer. To be precise we have the following facilities at our premises.

Micro Biological Lab:
Our microbiological lab is equipped in identifying & isolating of microorganisms such as e-coli & micro fungi.
Chemical Lab:
Aim Big Exports has a laboratory equipped with sophisticated equipment to access & estimate pesticide residues in paddy, conforming to international food safety & organic standards and also as per the Prevention of Food Adulteration Act.
Sorting Machines:
A series of color sorters and multi sorters are installed at ABE production facilities. When the rice is passed through these series of sorting machines, it eliminates objects like glass particles, plastic granules, foreign material, dust materials, damaged rice, discolored and unwanted grain

Aging & Storage:
Aging in basmati is as essential as it is for wine and scotch. Aging enhances the attributes of basmati by reducing moisture content, increasing aroma, length, taste, and cooking results. The result is guaranteed consistency at the consumer table-everytime! At Aim Big Exports we have made it our mission to ensure consistently longer-aged rice to deliver better value to the customers.
